Meal and snack recommendations are always customized to fit your daily schedule. While I want healthy eating to become a part of your life, I don’t want you stressing out about cooking beautiful from-scratch meals.

I will teach you how to eat for your brain and body in ways that do not require a big time commitment, and focus on ease and convenience so you can fit it into your busy lifestyle. You will also learn to eat mindfully to help you maintain a healthy and satisfying relationship with food.

Stress & Mood Techniques

I will teach you science-backed techniques designed to reduce levels of cortisol (your stress response hormone), and increase levels of serotonin, dopamine, and oxytocin (your feel-good brain chemicals). Imbalance of these chemicals can impact everything from mood and sleep, to immune function and libido, and of course hunger, cravings, and metabolism. Expanding your stress reduction toolbox will also ensure that using comfort food to feel better is intentional and enjoyed, rather than an impulse or default coping mechanism.

Supplements & Lab Work

While you can get most nutrients from a healthy diet, specific nutrients needed for optimal brain health can be hard for us to get in high enough quantities from food alone. I will provide you with a customized supplement regimen that will include dose and brand, as well as which to take together for optimal absorption, and when to take them based on your schedule. I will also analyze any recent lab work and order new labs as indicated.

Adequate sleep is vital to health, and without it, the other aspects of health we are working to improve can be negatively impacted. We’ll upgrade your sleeping habits and bedtime routine to make lack of sleep one less challenge your body needs to overcome.

  1. Initial Session (90 minutes)

Follow-up Sessions (30 minutes)

All clients will begin with the New Client Package. At the end of your package, we will evaluate whether single follow-up sessions or a discounted follow-up package would be best suited to your customized plan and personal goals.

Note: All sessions are virtual, so we can work together anytime, anywhere, from your computer or mobile device. I am currently able to work with clients located in the following states: MD, DC, VA, NY, CT, VT, MI, CO, AZ, CA.

  • 1 Initial Session: $155 + 2 Follow-up Sessions: $95 each

Follow-up Sessions

  • Single Follow-up Session: $85

  • 3 Follow-up Sessions Package: $75 each (Save $30)

  • 6 Follow-up Sessions Package: $70 each (Save $90)

* Follow-up Sessions can be used for up to one year after purchase

** Superbill (medical invoice) available upon request to submit for potential insurance reimbursement
